Multi Leaf Consulting provides commercial QATrack+ hosting and support services.
QATrack+ is a free and open source tool written in Python for recording and monitoring the quality control program of a radiotherapy clinic.
Live demo user/password are demo/demo.
RxCheck is web application I built at The Ottawa Hospital Cancer Centre to do patient specific quality assurance checks (dosimetry constraints) on radiation therapy treatments using dose volume histogram data.
RxCheck is still under development and all rights to the code belong to The Ottawa Hospital Cancer Centre.

SaILS is a Safety and Incident Learning System for recording, investigating and summarizing incidents occuring in a radiation therapy clinic.
